Take-Two Interactive today announced that it has appointed Barbara Kaczynski to the company's board of directors, where she will chair the audit committee. Kaczynski was most recently the chief financial officer for the NFL, where she directed the operations of the finance, treasury, budgeting, planning, internal audit, and information technology organizations. At Take-Two she will serve as an independent director and financial expert for the publicly traded game publisher's finances, a position defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission. New York-based Take-Two publishes and develops games at several wholly owned subsidiaries, including Grand Theft Auto's Rockstar Games.
