Mario Party may still sit high atop the Video Software Dealers Association's (VSDA) Video Game rental chart, but 989 Studios' Syphon Filter climbed to the number two position this week, edging out South Park (Acclaim, N64), which landed at number three and Vigilante 8 (Activision, N64) at number four. Konami's PlayStation survival horror game Silent Hill rounds out the top five at number five.
