Nintendo also announced a special Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Works edition. This version comes with a physical copy of the game and a hardcover art book. Europe, meanwhile, is receiving an even more lavish Collector's Edition, which includes a steel book game case, art book, poster, and vinyl and digital soundtrack.

The Definitive Works Set runs for $80 USD, while pricing details for the Collector's Edition has not yet been announced. You can learn more in our Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition pre-order guide.

While Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition now has a firm release date, Nintendo noted at the start of the Mini Direct that release dates are subject to change due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, so there's a chance any dates announced during the presentation could slip.
