Another Battlefront patch is on its way, and introduces several tweaks and bug fixes, including an increased health pool for the AT-AT, and a nerf for Boba-Fett's missile.
The Battlefront patch is scheduled to go live on December 16 for PC, Xbox One and PS4. The patch fixes various issues on all platforms, but most of the updates only apply to the PS4 and Xbox One version of the shooter from DICE. The PC version of the patch received those update last week, through a patch that was only made available for PC players. The full patch notes for that update can be read here.
Below are the patch notes specific to PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One for the December 16th update.
Star Card Update:
Fixed an issue where players were having issues using Star Cards in Heroes vs. Villains
The below only applies to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for this update
Miscellaneous Updates and Tweaks:
Fixed an issue where one out of 12 players remained in the loading screen on Swamp Crashsite, Sorosuub Centroplex, and Graveyard of Giants in Heroes vs. Villains and Walker Assault multiplayer modes
Fixed an issue where two players would spawn in a damage area that doesn’t match visual lava
Walker Assault Updates and Tweaks:
Increased AT-AT health on Endor
Hero Updates and Tweaks:
Removed auto-lock on Boba Fett´s missile.
Weapons, Gadgets and Star Cards Tweaks:
Tweaked impact damage for Impact grenade from 100 to 90
As you can see, most updates apply to the console version of the shooter only. Only the Star Card update applies to all platforms. Star Battlefront was released a few weeks ago, and the scheduled patch will be the 2nd patch for the shooter. The game's first DLC was released on December 1st, and DICE has promised that more free DLC is on its way.
