Capcom has released the official PC requirements for Street Fighter V, which can be viewed below. The requirements do seem to be Nvidia oriented however, at least for now, recommending a GeForce GTX 960 for optimum performance and an Intel Core i5-4690K. Surely some updated requirements will follow, with AMD equivalents being listed. Street Fighter V, will offer cross-play between PlayStation 4 and PC players, as well as support for Steamworks.

Capcom announced that Karin Kanzuki will be joining the Street Fighter V cast with a new reveal trailer from the Tokyo Game Show, as well as 'Rashid of the Turbulent Wind', a newcomer to the Street Fighter franchise that brings with him an assortment of impressive acrobatic moves and the ability to harness the power of the wind. Rashid, will be joining Necalli, another newcomer to the series, who was introduced at EVO 2015.

R. Mika will be joining the Street Fighter V roster as well. Having made her first appearance in Street Fighter Alpha 3, R. Mika has been a fan favorite ever since. Vega has also been revealed for Street Fighter V, and the iconic Spaniard looks quite sharp in the latest iteration of the Street Fighter franchise.
Street Fighter V is built on the Unreal Engine 4 and will be releasing on the PlayStation 4 and PC in Q1 2016. We will bring you any new information on Street Fighter V, as soon as it becomes available.
