Among the issues still plaguing Street Fighter V is the lack of any sort of punishment for those who quit a Ranked Match before its end. Recently, Capcom confirmed that a system that will address the matter will be implemented in the game's soon to be released April Update, but not much else has been said on how it's going to work. Today, more details on the matter have emerged online.

　　The new Street Fighter V anti-ragequitters system has been detailed on the game's Official Japanese blog. According to the Japanese patch notes, quitting both Ranked and Casual Matches 5 times in under two hours will result in a 2 hours of matchmaking penalty. This punishment is definitely not enough, as League Points are left untouched, but it's definitely a start. Capcom has already stated that the system will be further improved in the coming months, so the punishment for ragequitters will probably get harsher in the future.

　　Later today, Street Fighter V will receive its second DLC character, Guile. Alongside the new character, who has been showcased with plenty of footage in the past few days, a brand new stage, the Air Force Base stage, will be made available. Unlike Guile, who will be available for free until the Zenny Shop launches, the new stage has to be purchased in the shop for the price of 70.000 Fight Money. The April Update will also include a variety of bug fixes for specific situations involving all characters. In preparation of the Guile update, the Street Fighter V servers will be taken down from 8AM PT until 6 PM PT.

　　The Street Fighter V March update introduced support for the first DLC character, Alex, as well as some new features such as Challenge Mode, which include some useful tutorials for the game's basics and each individual character, as well as Trials, the Fight Money shop and more.
