Having participated in HSC VIII and most recently the European IEM Sao Paulo qualifiers, the most successful non-Korean Starcraft player of all time in Stephano announced on Twitter that he will be playing and commentating in the Numericable M-House Cup.
The Tweet in question was written in French, but TL-user H.Endymion provided an English translation which read as follows:
Bonne nouvelle aux français. Je participerais à la numéricable cup le 21/22 en tant que joueur et caster. Noël avant Noël !
— Stephano (@EG_Stephano) December 9, 2013
Good news to the french. I'll participate to the numericable cup on 21th & 22th as player and caster. It's Christmas before Christmas!
Stephano's recent sporadic reapperances in competitive SC2 have so far not yielded any results comparative to his previous form, but then again it's hard to be expected given his occupation as a full-time student. Whatever his result at the M-House Cup may be, it will most certainly at least prove to be entertaining.
With Stephano's participation secured through an invitation, it completes the list of invited particpators in the tournament. The full list of invitations and qualified players (as of now) is:
