Overnight at Comic-Con 2011 in San Diego, Microsoft and LucasArts held a special panel discussion where they announced several new features for Kinect Star Wars and squashed speculation that there would be a "lightsaber on" voice command. While the majority of the talk focused on gameplay features, it was also revealed that a limited-edition Star Wars Xbox 360 and Kinect bundle would be released alongside the game at launch.
Given that Comic-Con is a US-focused convention, only US pricing was announced at the panel. However Microsoft Australia has since come out this morning and confirmed that the Star Wars Xbox 360 bundle would indeed be coming to Australia and would retail for A$599. The bundle includes:
Kinect Start Wars
320GB custom R2-D2-themed Xbox 360 console
White Kinect camera
C-3PO-themed Xbox 360 controller
Wireless headset
Kinect Adventures
