To celebrate Star Wars Day this week, US TV network TBS will air a movie marathon dedicated to the popular sci-fi series. Via EW, the first six movies will show on the network on May 4, starting at 6:40 AM with The Phantom Menace and continuing all day, wrapping up with Return of the Jedi at 8:15 PM.
Last year, TBS parent company Turner reached a deal with Disney (reportedly worth $250 million) for the cable TV movie rights to the Star Wars series. In addition to the earlier movies, the deal covers The Force Awakens, Rogue One, and other installments in the series coming up.
The full schedule for the TBS's Star Wars Day marathon event can be found below.
In other Star Wars Day news, GOG and Steam have kicked off PC games sales themed around the brand. We would expect there to be even more Star Wars events and announcements coming up this week. Keep checking back with GameSpot for the latest.
