Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order XB1X/PS4 Pro Quality & Performance Mode Confirmed; Targeting 60FPS in Performance Mode-November 2024
Nov 2, 2024 2:28 AM

The upcoming Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order will have a performance mode and quality mode on the Xbox One X and PlayStation 4 Pro, Respawn has confirmed.

Speaking to website ‘WeGotThisCovered’, Respawn producer Paul Hatfield explained that those playing the game on Microsoft’s and Sony’s enhanced consoles, will be able to play the game in a “performance” more or “quality” mode. The performance mode is targeting 60FPS on both consoles, but it’s likely there will be the occasional FPS drops. As expected, the quality mode will cap the framerate at 30FPS and aims to boost visuals.

From the looks of it, the base Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will only be able to run Fallen Order at 30 frames per second.

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order will be released globally for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on November 15.
