The fifth episode of Picard, like episode 4, was directed by Jonathan Frakes. We get context for what Seven of Nine has been up to in the last 13 years, as a member of the Fenris Rangers. Picard and the rest of his crew on Rios' ship, La Sirena, finally reach Freecloud, as their search for Bruce Maddox leads them to Stardust City. Maddox is being held captive there, and so the crew, with the help of Seven of Nine, devise a plot to free him.
We also got another handful of Star Trek Easter eggs and references in this episode, calling back to The Next Generation, Voyager, The Original Series and Deep Space Nine.
