Comic-Con's annual San Diego event may be canceled, but the show must go on. Virtual panels are slowly being announced, and after seeing the success of the recent FunimationCon virtual event, Comic-Con@Home could be a great SDCC replacement. And AMC's horror-themed streaming service Shudder just announced two panels for the virtual event.
The virtual event will take place July 22-26, and it will be free to those who plan on attending. Shudder revealed what is has coming to the event. The first is a panel about horror television featuring various showrunners from TV shows like Channel Zero, Netflix's Locke & Key, Creepshow, NOS4A2, and Chucky--the Child's Play spin-off.
Secondly, a panel revolving around queer voices in horror has been announced. Director Sam Wineman--who is helming an upcoming documentary on LGBTQ horror film history on Shudder--will be one of the guests on the panel, alongside creators of Hannibal and Child's Play, and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina's Lachlan Watson. Check out all the details of the panels below.
