Ubisoft today released a new patch for Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, taking the PC game from version 1.01 to 1.02. The 31MB patch mainly fixes the game's cooperative mode and is now downloadable on GameSpot DLX. Major fixes include issues with disconnections and in-game chat and crashes when saving a co-op game.
