Westwood Studios has announced that it will take Command & Conquer Renegade, its upcoming action game, on a nationwide tour starting this month. The five-city tour will give fans across the country a chance to play the game prior to its retail release on February 26.
The tour is sponsored by Alienware, a manufacturer of computer gaming machines; Nvidia, the graphics processing technology company; Discreet, a developer of digital content creation and management tools; and iGames, an organization of independent and franchised gaming centers. The tour will stop at five gaming centers across the country, and it will let players try out Renegade's single- and multiplayer modes. Players will also be able to enter a random drawing to win a variety of prizes, including a fully loaded PC.
The Command & Conquer Renegade tour will stop in the following cities:
