As for the new Sword and Shield DLC, Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra will add several new Pokemon, as well as older ones missing from the Galar dex, and Galarian variants. In The Isle of Armor--which is out now--you'll journey to a dojo where a trainer named Mustard gifts you with the Legendary teddy bear Pokemon Kubfu. With some training, it will evolve into one of two powerful Urshifu variants. You'll also get a new rival depending on your game--the Poison-type trainer Klara for Sword, and the Psychic-type Avery for Shield. So far, Crown Tundra is only set for a Fall 2020 release.
Pokemon Sleep has not been given a detailed debut, but it's slated for a 2020 release.
