Persona 5 Runs Great On PC With RPCS3 Latest Build; New Video Released-October 2024

While a lot of Japanese games are making their way on PC lately, Persona 5 is sadly not among them, at least in the near future. However, it seems like it's now possible to play the PlayStation 3 release on PC, as the latest build of the RPCS3 emulator runs the game decently.

A new video shared by YouTube member GreenLittleApple shows how Persona 5 runs on the recently released 0.0.3-5417 build. On a machine powered by a GTX 970 GPU, i5-7600k and 16GB DDR4 RAM, the game runs at 30 FPS most of the times with no issues.

Persona 5 is one of the best Japanese role-playing games released in recent times. In his review of the game, Kai praised Persona 5 greatly, noting how the story is definitely the main reason to play Atlus' latest RPG.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to metaphorically unwrap a new Persona title and I can confidently say that it was worth the wait. There’s something special about the stylish role-playing game series that no other RPG maker can come close to emulating (although Mind-Zero certainly tried). While the battles take a backseat to the story in Persona 5, it’s that daring tale of phantom thieves that keeps drawing me back in. Now that I’ve finally ripped myself away from the PS4 long enough to pen the review, I can’t wait to put the mask back on and steal a few more hearts.

Persona 5 is now out on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
