The PC Shenmue collection, including the original Shenmue and Shenmue 2, has received its first HD texture pack mod which offers various HQ textures for the game’s environments and clothing.

　　The HD texture pack created by modder ‘Drogean’ utilizes Kaldien’s Special K mod, and can be downloaded through Nexusmods right here.  Those interested can also download a some textures for Ryo’s clothing right here.

　　‘Drogean’ mentions that the textures haven’t been merely upscaled, but have been recreated in HQ quality.

　　The Shenmue 1 & 2 collection is available now for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

　　SEGA officially announced the collection earlier this year ahead of the release of Shenmue III next year.
