Strategy First has announced that its latest real-time strategy game, Patrician II, is on its way to stores. The game lets players assume the role of a mechant plying the 14th-century sea routes of Northern Europe. Successful trading brings both fortune and fame, as players try to rise in social standing to join the ranks of wealthy patricians and be elected mayor of their hometown or even leader of all the Hanseatic league.
Patrician II was developed by Ascaron, and it will be available in stores this weekend for an approximate retail price of $39.99. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game. We'll post a full review of the game soon.
