After quite a long wait, the latest game from Blizzard, Overwatch, finally becomes available in all regions and on all formats. If you're going to play the game on PC, and own an NVIDIA GPU, you will be happy to know that you will be able to enjoy the game at its best thanks to the latest NVIDIA WHQL drivers.
The NVIDIA WHQL 368.22 drivers optimize the Overwatch experience by adding day one support of SLI configuration for the game. Also included in the latest version of the drivers are tweaks for free to play titles War Thunder and World of Tanks, as well as a fix for a The Division Windows 10 issue which caused stuttering after the game has been running for over 30 minutes. You can check out the full release notes by going here and download the drivers by going here.
Prior to a new title launching, our driver team works up until the last minute to ensure every performance tweak and bug fix possible makes it into the Game Ready driver. As a result, you can be sure you’ll have the best day-one gaming experience for your favorite new titles."
To play Overwatch, NVIDIA recommends a GeForce GTX 980 Ti for those who want to play the game at 4K/ 60 FPS with a high level of details. Lower resolutions and detail level allow players to enjoy the game at smooth frame rates even with a GTX 950.
Earlier this month, NVIDIA released the 365.19 WHQL drivers, which have been optimized for DOOm, Homefront: The Revolution and Master of Orion. As the company strives to offer the best possible experience on day one, we should expect more WHQL drivers releases as soon as big titles hit the market in all regions.
