NPD weekly PC game sales chart
NPD weekly PC game sales chart-March 2024
Mar 19, 2025 7:16 PM

Command & Conquer: Generals retained the number-one position on the NPD PC game sales chart this week, coming in ahead of Freelancer and The Sims Deluxe. There were few surprises this week, although we might have expected Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield to debut a little higher than fourth position. The reappearance of Microsoft's aging Flight Simulator 2002 in the top 10 was also a little unexpected, particularly given that both Battlefield 1942 and Master of Orion III fell off the bottom of the chart this week.

Best-selling PC games for the week of March 16-22, 2003:

Rank / Title / Publisher / Average Price

  1 / Command & Conquer: Generals / EA / $47

  2 / Freelancer / Microsoft / $39

  3 / The Sims Deluxe / EA / $41

  4 / Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield / Ubi Soft / $49

  5 / Battlefield 1942 / EA / $47

  6 / The Sims: Unleashed / EA / $29

  7 / Zoo Tycoon / Microsoft / $28

  8 / Battlefield 1942: Road to Rome / EA / $19

  9 / SimCity 4 / EA / $49

  10 / Flight Simulator 2002 / Microsoft / $24
