TOKYO--Nokia Japan's senior marketing manager Pertti Pietarinen revealed during his seminar at CEDEC 2003 (a CESA-produced developer's conference) that the company will be releasing its N-Gage handset in Japan.
According to Famitsu.com, the company said yesterday that it plans to sell the handheld hybrid console in Japan sometime after its October 7 debut in other markets.
Currently, the N-Gage is scheduled for distribution in Japan via online sales only. Its price has not been announced, but details are expected to be revealed during a Nokia-specific session at the Tokyo Game Show.
