After completing his trial period, Gambit Gaming have officially added Sebastian 'niQ' Robakto to their starting lineup. In a statement published by Gambit Gaming, Robakto said:
"I am very happy to join Gambit Gaming, as it is a really big opportunity for me to improve as a player. Joining such a great team is a really big responsibility, so now I have to train harder and more than ever before. I am really thankful to Gambit for giving me a chance and I will do everything I can to not let them down."
Last month, it was announced that Gambit's mid laner Alex 'Alex Ich' Ichetovkin would leave the team. He has since joined Ninjas in Pajamas.
Following that, Robakto joined the team as a substitute.
Gambit Gaming currently holds a 2-4 record in the 2014 LCS Summer season, placing them in a three way tie for sixth.They will play second place SK Gaming and sixth place Copenhagen Wolves this week.
