Nintendo has rolled out Nintendo Switch system update 13.2.0 globally, further improving the system’s stability.

　　Another Switch firmware update, another stability improvement. At least, that’s what Nintendo mentions in the official release notes for this new system update. Further changes aren’t mentioned, but as posted by Switch dataminer @OatMealDome, the new update apparently also includes support for a new Chinese rating system so the software startup screen (CADPA).

Nintendo Switch System Update 13.2 Release Notes

　　General system stability improvements to enhance the user's experience.The Nintendo Switch is available globally now. The hybrid platform was released back in March of 2017, and the platform has since been selling exceptionally well. As revealed by Nintendo, more than 92.87 million Switch units have been sold worldwide as of September 2021. This doesn’t include sales numbers for the recently released new Switch OLED model, which launched on October 8. As reported last month, the Switch family experienced its strongest October sales to date.

　　With growth of 136% when compared to the same month in 2019, the Nintendo Switch family of systems saw its strongest October sales yet, with more than 735,000 units sold between Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite in the U.S. According to numbers provided by NPD, the October 2020 sales of Nintendo Switch are the second-highest October sales of any video game console in history, only outdone by the 807,000 units sold of the Wii system in October 2008.
