The Xbox One's backwards compatibility program continues to grow today, as two new titles have arrived. As announced by Microsoft's Major Nelson, the latest Xbox 360 games that are now playable on Xbox One are 2011 platformer Outland and 1993's run and gun shooter Gunstar Heroes.
If you already purchased Outland or Gunstar Heroes on Xbox 360, the games should show up automatically in your Xbox One library. If you never owned them or need to re-download, you can use these Xbox.com download links to get started:

If your favorite game isn't there yet, it's possible it will be added later, as Microsoft is holding discussions with all major publishers about bringing their games to the program.
Games are not added to the backwards compatibility program on any set schedule, but instead are added whenever they are ready.
In other news about Xbox One backwards compatibility, the latest Xbox One update added a dedicated backwards compatibility store to the console.
