While we all wait for Season 10 of American Horror Story to arrive, it's time to find something else to watch on Netflix. This week, plenty of new TV shows, movies, and originals are headed your way. So check out the full list of releases and a few recommendations below.
The biggest release of the week comes on Friday when American Horror Story: 1984 arrives. The latest season of FX's horror anthology series takes place during the '80s--like the title suggests--and sees a bunch of camp counselors getting slashed to death by a serial killer. However, because this is American Horror Story, there are more twists and turns that a mountain road. It's one of the more enjoyable seasons of the TV series, and we highly recommend it.

Arriving on Veteran's Day, November 11, is an animated series called The Liberator. Based on the book by Alex Kershaw, the series follows the 157th regiment during World War II as they travel from Sicily to Germany. The striking animation style feels quite a bit like a Telltale game, as it is animation layered on top of real actors. You can check out the trailer for The Liberator to see for yourself.
Things are slowly starting to pick back up for Netflix, as the Russo brothers-produced movie Mosul just had its first trailer drop. Additionally, there is a Pacific Rim series coming to the streaming service, and new images were recently released.
Finally, at the end of October, it was revealed that there are multiple series based on the Assassin's Creed IP coming to Netflix as well. "We're excited to partner with Ubisoft and bring to life the rich, multilayered storytelling that Assassin's Creed is beloved for," said Netflix original series VP Peter Friedlander, in the announcement. "From its breathtaking historical worlds and massive global appeal as one of the best selling video game franchises of all time, we are committed to carefully crafting epic and thrilling entertainment based on this distinct IP and provide a deeper dive for fans and our members around the world to enjoy."
