Galaga: Destination Earth for the Sony PlayStation is another in Hasbro's line of updated classic arcade games that have been translated into a 3D environment. Unlike the original, the game uses more than the top-down view as the camera moves into behind-the-back, first-person, and side-scrolling views during different gameplay sequences. However, the essence of the gameplay remains in line with the original - players have to constantly destroy a barrage of alien spaceships.
