Nintendo Australia updated its release schedule for Wii games today, but those waiting for Super Smash Bros Brawl need not get too excited. The highly anticipated game still has no confirmed Australian release day, but Nintendo did put dates on two of its other franchise installments.
Harvest Moon: Magical Melody for the Wii is due for local release on April 3, whereas the next game in the Fire Emblem series--Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn for the Wii--is slated for April 10. Harvest Moon: Magical Melody was originally a GameCube game that was released in Japan and the US in 2006, but unfortunately never made it to Australia or Europe. The Wii version of the game will use the Wii Remote's unique capabilities to require players to do things such as use the remote as they would a real farm tool.
Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn is the latest entry in the fantasy-themed turn-based series, and puts players in command of the Dawn Brigade in numerous battles.
