Now Playing: Gran Turismo 7 | PlayStation Showcase 2021
The PlayStation Blog elaborates on more of the new features coming to the game, including the Livery Editor from Gran Turismo Sport, Legendary Circuits, and Scapes--the ability to have "complete control of photorealistic shots using HDR technology, expert level effects, and even panning shots."
Gran Turismo 7, which is targeting 4K/60FPS on PS5, was one of many games to be delayed due to COVID-19, with Sony confirming a delay from 2021 to 2022 back in February.
GT7 has been impacted by COVID-related production challenges and therefore will shift from 2021 to 2022," a spokesperson said. "With the ongoing pandemic, it's a dynamic and changing situation and some critical aspects of game production have been slowed over the past several months. We'll share more specifics on GT7's release date when available."
Gran Turismo 7 will launch March 4 on both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. There might be a beta coming up, though no beta was announced during the showcase.
