Square Enix will release Forspoken patch 1.10 for PC and PS5 later today. This update will include visual improvements, CPU optimizations, and various bug fixes.
The new patch was detailed on the Japanese Square Enix forums just now (and spotted by Genki_JPN). Aside from the above-mentioned changes and improvements, this update will also offer gameplay changes, including adjustments to the game's camera position, and new options. As for the graphical improvements, this patch includes adjustments of textures and shadows, changes to lighting, changes to the number of polygons in the background, and improved glare filter quality.
Other changes include the removal of VRS on PC from the optional graphics settings. As said, this update also offers CPU optimizations on PC, including reduced CPU processing load, and reduced VRAM usage.
