Canadian developer Strategy First is hard at work on Disciples II: Dark Prophecy, the sequel to last year's cult fantasy-themed turn-based strategy hit. Dark Prophecy takes place ten years after the events of the first game, and it will chronicle the continuing story of the original game's four warring factions: the Mountain Clans, the Legions of the Damned, the Undead Hordes, and the Empire.
The game will feature even more of the meticulously hand-painted character and unit portraits of artist Patrick Lambert. Though Dark Prophecy isn't due out until fall, Strategy First sent us these exclusive concept sketches and character renders. Have a look.
