Netflix has released a new trailer for Season 4 of Cobra Kai, the popular series continuing The Karate Kid film saga. New episodes will hit the streaming service on December 31.
As has been teased in previous clips of the upcoming season, former foes Daniel (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny (William Zabka) are finding ways to work together--uniting their dojos in a battle against Kreese (Martin Kove) and Cobra Kai. As this new clip indicates, though, the pair are running into a bit of trouble combining their teaching styles. The trailer--set to tunes from "Johnny's Badass Mixtape 4"--shows scenes of them having to get creative. The biggest reveal is, as previously reported, the first look at Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith). As always, Cobra Kai looks to provide some awesome intensity and fierce competition. It promises to be an explosive season. Check out the new clip below.
An official synopsis for Season 4 reads: "The Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang dojos join forces to take down Cobra Kai at the All Valley Under 18 Karate Tournament--and whoever loses must hang up their gi. As Samantha and Miguel try to maintain the dojo alliance and Robby goes all in at Cobra Kai, the fate of the Valley has never been more precarious. What tricks does Kreese have up his sleeve? Can Daniel and Johnny bury their decades-long hatchet to defeat Kreese? Or will Cobra Kai become the face of karate in the valley?"
Cobra Kai has already been renewed for Season 5.
