Netflix's Master Of The Universe: Revolution Releases First Clip-November 2024
Nov 23, 2024 10:52 PM

We're still almost a year away from Masters of the Universe: Revolution, the sequel series to 2021's Revelations, which continued the original story of He-Man, Teela, Man-at-Arms, and other denizens of Eternia as they fought the good fight against Skeletor and his Evil Warriors.

A first look of the series showing off He-Man and an armored King Randor taking on an evolved Scare-Glow debuted during Netflix's Drop 01 virtual event. Check it out below:

During Revelations, there was a huge power shift within the Masters that saw Teela ascend to the rightful heir as the Sorceress of Grayskull, Evil-Lyn giving up the ways of evil, and Skeletor becoming a prisoner of the Horde. We know that Skeletor's former mentor Hordak is the on way, and will be voiced by iconic voice actor Keith David. It was also previously announced that Meg Foster, the actress who played Evil-Lyn in the 1987 live-action Masters of the Universe movie will be voicing Motherboard, the cult leader figure responsible for bringing Hordak to Eternia.

Chris Wood will reprise his role as Prince Adam/He-Man, along with Diedrich Bader as Randor, and Tony Todd once again as the hellacious Scare-Glow. Joining them along with Foster and David will be William Shatner in an unannounced role and Supergirl herself, Melissa Benoist, will replace Sarah Michelle Gellar as Teela for Masters of the Universe: Revolution.

No exact premiere date was announced, but Masters of the Universe: Revolution is expected to release in Summer 2024.
