Netflix has released a new trailer for Season 2 of Locke and Key, the TV adaptation of Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez's cult comic book. The next batch of 10 episodes will hit the streaming service on October 22.
In the series, after their father is murdered, the three Locke children and their mother move into their ancestral home of Keyhouse. They soon discover that the old house is full of magical keys that could be related to their father's mysterious death. Finding these keys also opens a Pandora's box of sorts--as the Locke children explore the different keys and their powers, a mysterious demon awakens, and will stop at nothing to steal them.
Based on the clip above, which covers a lot of ground, it's safe to guess that the next season will have danger lurking closer than ever, tension within the family rising higher than ever, and the family secrets around the keys growing deeper than ever. The series stars Connor Jessup, Emilia Jones, Jackson Robert Scott, Darby Stanchfield, Laysla De Oliveira, Aaron Ashmore, Petrice Jones, and Griffin Gluck.
Last year, it was announced that the show had been picked up for Season 3. Until then, you can also peruse this impressive array of 43 new movies Netflix has coming out between September and the end of this year.
