The NBA Finals are in full swing, and as usual, 2K Games is already looking forward to their next season of video game b-ball. Today, first details were revealed for NBA 2K24, which will once again be fronted by the sadly-departed Kobe Bryant.

　　While we don’t have a lot of nitty-gritty gameplay info yet, it seems NBA 2K24 will be bringing 3 major new features to the table – a “Mamba Moments” mode, which should be similar to The Jordan Challenge from NBA 2K23, crossplay between PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, and a new feature called ProPlay. 2K promises ProPlay will “directly translates NBA footage into gameplay” – how exactly that works and the ways it will be implemented remain to be seen.
