Currently scheduled for release in North America this fall, MotoGP '07 is described by THQ as the "next evolution" in its popular motorcycle-racing franchise. The game will boast all-new bikes (including 800cc models) and rider information for the 2007 season. It will also include accurately re-created MotoGP circuits, such as Italy's Misano, which appear on the MotoGP calendar this year for the first time since 1993. MotoGP '07 will attempt to re-create the excitement and spectacle of a live MotoGP event with improved "race day" features, although the only feature that has been confirmed thus far is interactive trackside crowds.
The extreme mode's street tracks should make a welcome change from the regular MotoGP circuits.
In addition to letting you compete in authentic MotoGP events, MotoGP '07 will give you an opportunity to test your skills in city streets around the world in an enhanced, customizable version of its "extreme" mode. This year's game also promises a much improved online experience, with tournaments and pink-slip races that are certain to make the game more competitive than ever before.
We look forward to bringing you more information on MotoGP '07, which is being developed exclusively for the Xbox 360, as soon as it becomes available.
