If Microsoft isn't already a household word, it will be now as it infiltrates kitchens across the country.
Partnering with Kellogg's USA, Microsoft promotions will be gracing the packages of 16 Kellogg's cereals, offering special discounts on dozens of software titles and gaming devices.
As if Microsoft really needed the additional support, the campaign will be promoted on national television, special activities on Microsoft web sites, and on-package exposure on 80 million cereal boxes.
Other culinary partnerships under Microsoft's belt include Dole Food, PepsiCo Inc., Kraft Foods Inc., and Campbell Soup Co.
