While WWE recently put the spotlight on Cesaro briefly for a WWE Championship match against Roman Reigns at the Wrestlemania Backlash, many fans want to see the superstar utilized more as a main event player--and so do certain WWE Hall of Famers. In a video on Twitter to promo his appearance on Steve Austin's Broken Skull Sessions, WWE legend Mick Foley made his feelings on the subject clear.
"Vince, please. All we are saying is give Cesaro a chance," he pleaded while on his knees. "I just believe in that guy wholeheartedly. Give him a chance."

Austin, who also appeared in the video, couldn't agree more. "Give him a chance," he echoed. Give him a gimmick. Just put a rocket ship on his back. No telling what the kid could do."
If you're going to listen to anyone on the topic, Austin and Foley would certainly do the trick. After all, as Foley noted, there's a combined 60 years of professional wrestling experience between them--and both made it to the highest echelon of WWE.
The former Mankind also had kind words for the likes of Bobby Lashley, The Fiend, Alexa Bliss, Rhea Ripley, and other rising superstars in WWE. Nothing matched the intensity he had for Cesaro, though. Foley even followed with a tweet, proclaiming, "I literally get on my hands and knees and beg [Vince McMahon] to give [Cesaro] a chance.
You'll be able to see Foley's full Broken Skull Sessions appearance this Sunday on Peacock, after the conclusion of the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view.
