Mario Kart 8 is soon going to make its Switch debut with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which will come with all the additional content released for the Wii U version as well as some new features, such as an improved Battle Mode and more.

　　A new Mario Kart 8 Deluxe gameplay video, which can be found below, has been shared a few hours ago by GamersGlobal, showcasing the new and improved Battle Mode and more.

　　Sadly, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe won't include any new track at launch, as revealed a few months ago during the Nintendo Switch Japanese presentation. New content will still be available, like the already mentioned improved Battle Mode, new characters and more.

　　Hit the road with the definitive version of Mario Kart 8 and play anytime, anywhere! Race your friends or battle them in a revised battle-mode on new and returning battle courses. Play locally in up to 4-player multiplayer in 1080p while playing in TV Mode. Every track from the Wii U version, including DLC, makes a glorious return. Plus, the inklings appear as all-new guest characters, along with returning favorites, such as King Boo, Dry Bones, and Bowser Jr.!

　　Mario Kart 8 Deluxe launches on Nintendo Switch on April 28th in all regions.
