Majesco announced today that it has appointed a new CEO. Carl Yankowski, who will take the titles chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors, brings more than 30 years of experience at companies including 3Com/Palm, Sony Electronics, General Electric, Pepsi-Cola, and Procter & Gamble. Former chairman Morris Sutton will remain on the board as chairman emeritus. The appointment comes as Majesco continues its move up from relative obscurity into a well-known brand name with published games that include BloodRayne and Guilty Gear and with its proprietary GBA video technology. In addition, Majesco recently announced that it would publish Tim Schafer's upcoming game, Psychonauts.
