My thoughts on the list:
GLAD TO SEE: Ric Flair, Mr. Perfect, and Bret Hart. Three of my all-time favorites, with the latter duo being two of the finest technical wrestlers of the modern age. And the Iron Sheik because he is certifiably insane.
NOTABLE OMISSIONS: Randy "Macho Man" Savage and Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat are the two names that pop out right away.
HUH?: I remember Kamala the Ugandan Giant being a big name back in the day but he never made much of an impression on me. And I'm also not sold on Triple H and Shawn Michaels being in the game. Perhaps it's a bone tossed to the fans who insist on having a modern name in there--or maybe it's just to appease Triple H. Still, I'd have rather seen those two roster spots go to the aforementioned Savage and Steamboat, the dearly departed Eddie Guerrero, a fondly remembered goof like Hillbilly Jim, or even to lesser known talent like Dean Malenko or someone of his ilk.
What do you think of the Legends of WrestleMania roster? Who would you add or subtract in this lineup?
