Atari Australia, Konami's local game distributor has just issued an official press release letting us know that Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH has released software updates for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Pro Evolution Soccer 2008. The details are sketchy at the moment, but both the Xbox 360 and PS3 updates of the game are aimed at addressing online lag, smoothing out gameplay slowdowns both on and offline, as well as helping PlayStation owners by fixing an issue with hard drive downloading.
