Kingdom Hearts III Olympus Has New Sense Of Scale, Unique Attraction Flow-November 2024
Nov 2, 2024 2:19 PM

More Kingdom Hearts III details will be coming soon during E3 2018 next week, but new stuff on the game has been emerging online quite frequently these past few weeks. In a fresh talk with Famitsu, the game's producers revealed some interesting new details.

Speaking about new gameplay features, Kingdom Hearts III producers Tetsuya Nomura and Tai Yasue revealed that Olympus, which has appeared in the previous entries in the series, has a new sense of scale, with players being able to explore vertically. This feature, in particular, has been influenced by Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, where the team started experimenting with world design. Additionally, Olympus comes with an "exciting" Attraction Flow.

Speaking about the Toy Story world, it's been reiterated that players will be able to control robots, and it seems like there will be some missable interaction if players don't explore thoroughly.

Kingdom Hearts III is in development for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and a release date has yet to be confirmed. The game's final release date should be coming soon, as it's been hinted that it will be revealed before E3 begins so stay tuned for all the latest news on Square Enix's highly anticipated action role-playing game.
