A new update will hit Killing Floor 2 later today on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One that will a ton of new stuff to the game. The patch, titled Perilous Plunder, will introduce some new enemies, maps, weapons, and more.
Among the new additions is Desolation, a brand-new map littered with shipping containers and various facilities for players to explore. The location features optional mini-games and can be played in Killing Floor 2's multiple game modes, including Endless, Survival, Versus, and more.
On top of the map, the Perilous Plunder update brings in several new weapons--like the blunderbuss, kaboomstick, teslalauncher, and others--additional Space Pirate-themed cosmetics, and more enemy variations. Check out the official trailer and some screens below.

The Perilous Plunder update follows Killing Floor 2's Neon Nightmares patch, which hit all platforms in March. Similar to Perilous Plunder, Neon Nightmares introduced a swath of extra content, including a new map, some additional weapons, and more.
