There has been a lot of controversy surrounding the final state of release of Just Cause 3, but it's slowly being addressed so that it's playable on a variety of hardware regardless of the level of performance.
To those of you still having issues, rest assured we are working hard to alleviate these, and are listening very closely to everything that’s being said.
They also note that this patch should generally improve performance, though the focus seems to be more on quality of life items. The patch notes released today don't explain much, either. Expect more details this Friday when it's ready to download.
