TOKYO-- Sega has confirmed that Sega GT Online for the Xbox will be delayed by a month in Japan. Originally scheduled to be released on November 20, the game will now be released on December 25. (Queries of Sega have revealed that the title will be released in the US on December 2.)
Sega of Japan attributed the delay to its need to address certain feisty bugs in the game code. Sega determined it was wiser to address these issues prior to launch.
The game will feature support for Xbox Live, enabling up to six players to race against each other online. For more on the game, take GameSpot's preview for a test-drive.
