InterAct Accessories has announced today that it's ready to ship the Mega Memory Card for the Nintendo Game Boy Color, Game Boy Pocket, and Game Boy handheld systems. With 8MB of RAM, the Mega Memory Card will let players save up to 100 of their highest scores, hardest levels, fastest times, or any other information they have acquired on all Game Boy games.
The Mega Memory Card utilizes an easy interface menu system that makes saved games easily accessible. The Mega Memory Card is inserted into the Game Boy unit, and the game is connected to the Mega Memory Card unit through a cartridge connector. When players turn their portable system on, a menu appears on the Game Boy display screen. From there, players can save or delete cartridge game saves or Mega Memory Card saves and restore their played games to continue where they left off.
The Mega Memory Card will ship to all major electronic and toy retailers nationwide in October. The Mega Memory Card will be available for an MSRP of US$19.95.
