The boys shouldn't be having all the fun. NetherRealm Studios released a trailer displaying the fierce fighting prowess of four of Injustice 2's deadliest ladies.

　　The trailer, entitled 'Here Come the Girls', re-introduces us Catwoman and gives us a first-look at Poison Ivy. Black Canary and Cheetah also get some screentime showing off brutal hand-to-hand combat.

　　The super-powered sequel to Injustice: God Among Us will put you in the cape and cowl of DC Comic's greatest heroes and villains. Batman and his resistance try to rebuild the world that lived under the harsh rule of an evil Superman. Too bad that Brainiac decided to make an appearance which causes all sorts of chaos for the caped crusader and his allies. Oh, and it looks like evil Superman is free again, so there's that.

　　This time around the newest gameplay mechanic is the inclusion of loot. Players can earn gear to customize and power-up their fighters. So if you want to dress up Deadshot in purple armor, no one can stop you. The other interesting fact about loot is that it will even change how characters will fight.

　　Just yesterday, Swamp Thing was revealed to the world as the tragic hero does everything in his power to defend the green. Before that, we got to see Black Canary and Robin show off their killer kung-fu skills. The inclusion of these characters is proof that the NetherReamls has no problem reaching deep into the DC catalog of characters. Hell, at this point I wouldn't be surprised if they just whip out a Watchmen character.

　　Injustice 2 fights its way to PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on May 16th and March 19th in the UK.
