Westwood Studios has announced that the multiplayer beta test for its upcoming action game, Command and Conquer Renegade, will be hosted by four iGames-affiliated game centers across North America. The beta test will feature the game's "C&C" multiplayer mode, which features two teams--GDI and Nod--fighting to destroy each other's base. The test will include four multiplayer maps, 28 characters, 11 vehicles, and 23 different weapons.
Westwood has selected 1,500 testers from the pool of applicants that submitted entries during the 2827809beta test sign-ups last week . The studio is now working with iGames to bring the beta test to game centers around the country and to thousands of additional testers that weren't selected in the first round of testing.
