Wonder Woman 1984's time on HBO Max is coming to end this week. After debuting on HBO Max and in theaters December 25, the latest DC movie will leave the streaming service on January 24. If you're not an HBO Max subscriber, there's a great ongoing deal that lets you get six months of HBO Max for $70, which is a savings of about $20.
HBO Max is available to stream on a myriad of platforms, including Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast, mobile, and video game consoles such as the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. HBO Max was just added to Roku recently, just in time for the release of Wonder Woman 1984.

GameSpot's managing editor of entertainment Michael Rougeau gave the film a 9/10 in our Wonder Woman 1984 review. "The message--that every individual person on the planet has a shared responsibility for the common good--gets slightly muddled in the end, but it's also the exact one we need right now," Rougeau wrote. "And Wonder Woman 1984 is the exact film you'll want to sit down and watch with family, friends, and loved ones this holiday--even if you're doing so over Zoom."

Wonder Woman 1984 is far from the only Warner Bros. film that will premiere on HBO Max alongside a theatrical release. Warner Bros. recently announced that every film it releases throughout 2021 will be available to stream for the first 31 days upon release on HBO Max. This will include upcoming films such as The Matrix 4, Dune, The Suicide Squad, Mortal Kombat, and Space Jam: A New Legacy. The Warner Bros. 2021 library alone arguably makes an HBO Max subscription worth it. We've been impressed by HBO Max since launch, and it earned a spot on our list of best streaming services.
