In this final blog on How to E3, we go over our plans to deliver instant updates to you no matter where you are and explain our photo gallery feature.
Tweet About It
Twitter is a fantastic way to find out about all of the latest news and information about a variety of subjects as they happen. For this year's show, we've made it a key part of the E3 experience in two ways:
1. We'll be delivering up-to-the-minute updates via our GameSpot Highlights (just the most important stories) and E3 2009 Alert (all of the biggest news, previews, and more) accounts.
2. We've built out a module that sits right on our E3 page and mixes discussions between our editors' Twitter accounts and any users who reply to them. You can also pop this out to use as a stand-alone desktop application!
Because of how accessible Twitter is on a variety of platforms, it's easier than ever to find out what the biggest news of E3 is no matter where you are. And thanks to our own custom application, you can gain an insider's perspective into the show and interact with our edit staff in ways never before possible.
E3 Live Photo Stream
E3 is a very visual event, and this year we're bringing it to you like never before with a constantly updated photo stream straight from the show floor.
Though we've got only a single batch of preshow images up now, as E3 progresses we'll be taking tons of photos and uploading them to share with you--if it's there on the show floor, you can expect to see some photos of it right here.
Discuss E3
That's it for How to E3! As always, feel free to leave us your feedback--or just start a conversation--by leaving a comment or chatting with your fellow users in the E3 2009 forum.
